Company Background

Property Online (POL Property Group) is an Australian owned Company that began operating out of South Western Sydney NSW in January 2005. The company was established due to the identification of a lack of service deliverables being met in the property presenter market. After 12 years experience in the real estate industry, founding director Daniel Nori believed he could provide a superior quality service to all stakeholders, whilst achieving the desired outcomes of all mortgagees. We apply the same principals to the Residential Market.

With this vision in mind, we have developed a dynamic team of highly experienced professionals, with over 45 year’s combined experience, whose goal is to exceed the expectations of our clients and represent their interests to the highest standard.

Our Lead team includes Warren Jarrett, who has been in Real Estate for over 8 years, and Susie Harris who has been with Daniel since the day of inception. Both Warren and Susie have a profound understanding of the services offered by our company as they have been instrumental in the development and growth of the business.

The POL Property Group has operated as a Vendor’s Advocate for over 5 years and has assisted in the sale of well over 1,300 properties across all parts of Australia. Our recent establishment in the New Zealand market has further proven our effectiveness of our systems, procedures and highly skilled staff to be able to manage a favourable result from our Head Office in NSW, until we were able to secure an office in Auckland, NZ.

Our growth has been achieved by applying specialist skills to deliver the greatest impact and best value for clients, providing a tailored, focused approach that sets us apart from large competitors. We have a superior reputation built on a tradition of delivering exceptional service and expertise.

We are widely regarded as a leader in the markets in which we operate, leveraging our reputation and relationships to deliver superior outcomes to every client, every time.

Due to strong demand and to assist clients in managing the increasing pressure of collections and arrears, a subsidiary company was formed in January 2007, (POL Commercial Services), to provide a full range of mercantile services. POLCS was established as a separate legal entity to provide both an independent and confidential service to its clients.
