All services undertaken by the POL Property Group are carried out on a National basis. We have a database of Real Estate agents that is well in excess of 3,000. We also have an extensive list of Mercantile Agents and various contractors all of which whom are managed by POL to ensure that they meet the needs and expectations of our clients. Our philosophy is they should be viewed as an extension of POL’s services, as they represent us in the market place.

Our recent establishment in the New Zealand market has further proven our effectiveness of our systems, procedures and highly skilled staff to be able to manage a favourable result from our Head Office in NSW, until we were able to secure an office in Auckland, NZ.

Our Australian Real Estate Licence has been passed by the Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition Arrangement to ensure that we are fully covered and legal in our dealings with New Zealand and Australian based clients operating in that region.

POL Property Group has developed a web-based system (ePOL) which ensures superior management of our clients’ files online and in real time.

This system will be used as our primary operating mainframe and will offer secure online access for our clients to view the most up to date status on any property being managed by the POL Property Group. This system will allow our clients to view and print customised reports. Our decision to invest in this system is to allow us to be far more administratively efficient as well as offering our clients a comprehensive overview of all their properties from their desktop with the click of a mouse.
